At BlueMist AI, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our Services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Adventure AI Per-Trip Purchases

1.1 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

Per-trip purchases for Adventure AI (both Basic and Enhanced tiers) come with a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you are not satisfied with your itinerary, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to sales@bluemistai.com
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
  • After 24 hours, per-trip purchases are non-refundable

2. Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

2.1 General Policy

Monthly and annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription:

  • You will retain access through the end of your current billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing cycle
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends

2.2 First-Time Subscription Exception

For first-time subscribers to Adventure AI monthly plans:

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription
  • This exception applies only to your first subscription, not to renewals
  • Request must be submitted to sales@bluemistai.com

3. Consulting and Custom Services

3.1 Project-Based Services

For consulting services and custom projects (web design, chatbot development, SEO services, etc.):

  • Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis
  • If work has not yet commenced, a full refund may be issued
  • If work is in progress, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed
  • If work has been delivered and accepted, no refund will be issued

3.2 Training Workshops

For AI training workshops and educational services:

  • Full refund available if canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled session
  • 50% refund if canceled 3-6 days before the session
  • No refund if canceled within 2 days of the session
  • No refund after the session has been conducted

4. Free Access Codes and Promotional Credits

Free access codes, promotional credits, and complimentary services have no monetary value and are not eligible for refunds or cash equivalents.

5. Service Interruptions

In the event of significant service interruptions or outages:

  • We may provide pro-rated credits or refunds at our discretion
  • Scheduled maintenance and brief interruptions do not qualify for refunds
  • Extended outages (more than 24 consecutive hours) may qualify for partial refunds

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Your account may be immediately suspended pending resolution
  • We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason for the refund request
  3. Allow 2-3 business days for our team to review your request
  4. We will respond with approval or denial and next steps

9. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
