1. Subscription Plans
BlueMist AI offers various subscription plans for our Services, including Adventure AI and other products. Subscription details, features, and pricing are described on our website and in your account dashboard.
2. Billing and Payments
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the first day of each billing cycle.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
2.3 Payment Methods
You must provide a valid payment method. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. If your payment method fails, we may suspend your access to the Services until payment is received.
3. Founding Explorer Program
Founding Explorer status is available to beta users who subscribe during the beta period. Key terms include:
- Locked-in pricing of $7.99/month for life (consumer plans only)
- Benefits apply only to individual consumer subscriptions, not business plans
- Pricing guarantee remains valid as long as the subscription is active
- If you cancel and later resubscribe, Founding Explorer pricing may no longer be available
4. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, at the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current rate.
5. Cancellation
5.1 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
5.2 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the Services through the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy
- Founding Explorer pricing benefits may not be available if you resubscribe later
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price changes take effect. Founding Explorer pricing is exempt from price increases.
7. Modifications to Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that negatively impact your use of the Services.
8. Usage Limits
Certain subscription plans may have usage limits (e.g., number of itineraries, API calls, storage). If you exceed these limits, we may charge additional fees or require you to upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
9. Beta Services
Services marked as "beta" or "preview" are provided as-is and may contain bugs or incomplete features. Beta Services may be modified or discontinued without notice. Beta pricing is subject to change upon official launch.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Subscription Terms or our Terms of Use
- Your payment method fails repeatedly
- We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Required by law
